Return Eligibility

Returns may be requested within 14 days of confirmed delivery.

To qualify, items must:

  • Be unused

  • Be in original packaging

  • Include proof of purchase

  • Be in resalable condition

Items marked as final sale or clearance may not be eligible for return unless defective.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized or customized products

  • Opened items not in resalable condition

  • Products showing visible wear or use

Return Process

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return

  3. Wait for return authorization instructions

Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item is inspected and approved.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
